Eddie OK, Van Halen Not So Much
Posted March 13th, 2008 by Scott NichollsSo a report from People magazine quotes Eddie Van Halen's ex Valerie Bertinelli that Eddie is "ok", is not in rehab and is sober. She didn't go into specifics about what exactly is wrong, but told People that Eddie is being proactive about getting help.
That being said, the last word on the current tour has it being placed on hold until April 19 when they are scheduled to play Las Vegas. The new dates for the postponed shows are said to be in the works and will be released as soon as they are confirmed.
Some Rock News

Robert Plant Opposes Reunion Tour
Posted March 5th, 2008 by Scott NichollsWell, it seems that Robert Plant is going to be too busy touring with Alison Krauss and the lure of $200 million bucks isn't enough to change his mind.
AC/DC Finally At Work?
Posted March 4th, 2008 by Scott NichollsAs I mentioned on my show today, my sources tell me that legendary Australian rockers AC/DC landed in Vancouver this past Satuday to possibly commence work on their much-anticipated new album.
Even though it's been 8 years since their last studio album, 2000's Stiff Upper Lip, it seems only logical that the Thunder From Down Under would record their new CD at the same place they recorded the last one - at Vancouver's Warehouse Studio. AC/DC's Australian label Albert Music has revealed that there is a ton of excitement building about a possible new album.
